St Peters Ruby Red Ale Beer kit A delicious tawny red ale with subtle malt undertones and a distinctive spicy hop aroma.

Batch Size: 21 Litre (should be 23L but I adjusted it)
Target ABV %: 4.5 (usually 4.3)

The fermentation seems to have stuck or maybe finished at 1.020
The Internet says this is a common problem using the small packet of supplied yeast.
It could also be because I made this a 21 litre batch instead of the intended 23 litres. I’ll leave it another day or two but I’m sure it will be fine as is.
It finally finished at 1.018. Not as low as I’d hoped but still a respectable 3.8%. It might be on the sweet side but let’s see.
I tapped it today but it’s not ready yet. I just needed to get it into the Serving Cellar (Fridge).
